Dr. Julius Taka is the Founder and National President of the Patriotic Youth of Cameroon and the Diaspora (JEUNESSE P-CAMDI). A political scientist, leadership and international development expert, author, entrepreneur and public administrator, Dr. Taka brings extensive academic, professional and diaspora experience to the organization's mission. He holds advanced qualifications in political science, public administration, organizational leadership, and local government finance and treasury management and has professional experience spanning public service, healthcare, media, business and community development in Cameroon and the United States. Through JEUNESSE P-CAMDI, he champions a practical development philosophy centered on empowering young people, women, farmers and entrepreneurs through vocational training, agriculture and agro-industrialization, entrepreneurship, responsible civic leadership and access to economic opportunities. His vision is to mobilize the knowledge, energy and resources of Cameroonians at home and throughout the diaspora to create sustainable employment, reduce poverty, strengthen communities and contribute to a peaceful, united and prosperous Cameroon.

MESSAGE FROM THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT
Cameroon does not lack talented people. We do not lack fertile land, entrepreneurial energy, natural resources or an accomplished diaspora. Our challenge is transforming these assets into productive institutions, businesses, industries, jobs and opportunities for our people.

JEUNESSE P-CAMDI was established to help bridge that gap. We believe patriotism must become productive action. Young people must not merely wait for opportunities; they must be equipped to create them. Our farmers must participate in value chains that generate wealth. Our women must have greater access to enterprise and economic opportunity. And our diaspora must become an active partner in investment, knowledge transfer and national development.
